KarKiosk offers multiple listing plans designed to meet different seller needs. Features, benefits, pricing, promotional offers, and availability are subject to change from time to time. The current benefits and features associated with each listing plan are displayed on the KarKiosk Listing Page and are incorporated into this policy by reference.
Lite Listing Plan
The Lite Listing Plan is priced at $24.99 and includes:
• Up to 5 vehicle images
• Free Vehicle History Report (estimated $14.99 value)
• 1 Free KarStudio Credit (up to $5 value)
• Insurance deals and offers from participating providers

Starter Listing Plan
The Starter Listing Plan is priced at $34.99 and includes:

Benefit Availability
Benefits, features, credits, promotional offers, and partner incentives are subject to change, modification, suspension, or discontinuation at any time without prior notice. Certain benefits may be provided by third-party partners and may be subject to additional terms, eligibility requirements, expiration dates, availability limitations, or geographic restrictions. The most current listing plan benefits and features are displayed on the KarKiosk Listing Page and are incorporated into this policy by reference.
Listing on Multiple Platforms
Listing on Multiple Platforms may include publication of the vehicle listing on Craigslist for up to thirty (30) days and promotional advertising on Meta platforms for up to thirty (30) days.
Promotional advertising on Meta platforms does not include publication of the vehicle listing on Facebook Marketplace. Sellers may independently choose to list their vehicle on Facebook Marketplace and are solely responsible for complying with Facebook Marketplace policies and requirements.
KarKiosk does not guarantee publication on any particular platform, advertising performance, lead volume, vehicle views, inquiries, or sales results.
Monthly Pricing Recommendations
Monthly pricing recommendations are provided solely for informational purposes and are based on data, market conditions, and methodologies selected by KarKiosk.
Pricing recommendations are not appraisals, guarantees of value, guarantees of sale price, or guarantees of market demand. Sellers are solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence and determining the appropriate asking price for their vehicle.
Vehicle History Reports
Vehicle History Reports are provided using data available from third-party data providers and other available sources. Information may be unavailable, incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, or subject to change.
KarKiosk does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, availability, or suitability of any Vehicle History Report.
KarReport
KarReport is generated after a seller provides a valid Vehicle Identification Number (VIN).
KarKiosk compiles information from available third-party and proprietary data sources; however, certain vehicle information, history records, specifications, ownership details, valuation data, or other information may be unavailable, incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate.
KarKiosk does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, availability, or suitability of any information contained within a KarReport.
To enhance the quality and usefulness of KarReport and related vehicle insights, KarKiosk may analyze vehicle images, listing content, VIN-related information, and other information submitted by the seller.
KarKiosk may use information contained within a KarReport, including vehicle specifications, images, descriptions, valuation information, and related listing information, in connection with marketing, merchandising, buyer engagement, lead generation, marketplace optimization, analytics, artificial intelligence systems, and other business activities intended to promote vehicle listings and facilitate buyer interest.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with KarKiosk's Privacy Policy.
Partner Offers and Discounts
Insurance offers, partner offers, discounts, and KarKiosk+ Auto Perks & Discounts are provided by KarKiosk and/or third-party partners. Availability, eligibility, redemption requirements, and terms are determined by the applicable provider and may change without notice.
KarKiosk does not guarantee the availability, value, or continued availability of any partner benefit.
Refund Policy
We understand that circumstances may change. Therefore, KarKiosk offers a refund policy for listing plans under the following conditions.
Eligibility
• Paid listing cancellations received within twenty-four (24) hours of payment may be eligible for a full refund.
• To qualify for a refund, the Member must not have used any listing services, features, benefits, credits, promotional offers, or partner incentives associated with the purchased listing plan.
• If a KarReport has been generated, the listing purchase may remain eligible for a partial refund, subject to deduction of the KarReport fee as described below.
• Once a listing has been published, promoted, distributed, enhanced using plan benefits, or otherwise utilized, the listing purchase is no longer eligible for a refund.
Cancellation Requests
• Cancellation requests must be submitted within twenty-four (24) hours of the original payment date and time.
• Requests must be sent by email to refunds@karkiosk.com from the email address associated with the Member's account.
Refund Requests
All refund requests must be submitted by the account holder.
Refund requests must include:
• Account holder's full name
• Vehicle listed
• Any additional information reasonably requested by KarKiosk to verify ownership of the account
Approved refunds will generally be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Effect of Refund
Upon issuance of a refund:
• The listing and any associated promotional placement may be removed.
• All listing-related benefits, credits, promotional incentives, discounts, and partner offers associated with the refunded purchase will be canceled, revoked, or forfeited.
• Any unused KarStudio Credits granted as part of the refunded listing purchase may be removed from the Member's account.
• Access to KarKiosk+ Auto Perks & Discounts provided through the refunded listing purchase may be terminated.
• Any third-party benefits received through a refunded purchase may be subject to cancellation in accordance with the applicable provider's terms.
• If a KarReport has been generated for the listed vehicle before the refund request is submitted, KarKiosk may deduct the value of the KarReport ($14.99) from the refund amount. In such cases, the Member will receive a refund equal to the amount paid for the listing plan less the applicable KarReport fee.
• KarKiosk may deduct the retail value of any benefits, services, reports, credits, promotional items, or other plan benefits that have already been redeemed, consumed, generated, or otherwise used prior to issuing a refund.
KarKiosk reserves the right to deny any refund request that does not satisfy the requirements of this policy.
By purchasing a listing plan, you agree to this Car Listing Policy and Refund Policy.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Only listing plan purchases are eligible for refunds under the circumstances described above.
