KarKiosk, LLC (“KarKiosk”) takes Your privacy seriously. We do not use profiling in processing Your Personal Information.

2.2. Tracking Technologies and Cookies

As is true of most websites, KarKiosk automatically collects certain Personal Information from You and Your devices (including mobile devices) and stores it in log files. These services will authenticate Your identity and provide You the option to share certain Personal Information with KarKiosk to pre-populate KarKiosk’s registration form. When You use “AddThis” to bookmark and share KarKiosk’s Services or Website, You will be taken to a third-party website. If You use the AddThis widget to tell Your friends about KarKiosk’s Services or Website, You will need to provide Your friend’s email address. KarKiosk has no access to this third-party information.

KarKiosk will retain information from closed or cancelled member accounts to comply with legal and regulatory obligations, resolve disputes and claims, prevent fraud, collect any fees owed, assist with any investigation, and enforce this Privacy Policy and the KarKiosk Terms of Use and take any other actions permitted by law.

5. Confidentiality and Security

KarKiosk takes Your security seriously and takes reasonable steps to protect Your Personal Information. You may have the right to request that we delete information we have obtained regarding, or collected directly from, you (and ask our service providers to do the same). KarKiosk does not discriminate against California residents for exercising their rights under the CCPA.

8.5 How to exercise Your rights under the CCPA. 

To exercise your rights under the CCPA, You must submit a request to KarKiosk by contacting us at [email protected]. When exercising Your rights under the CCPA, We will verify Your identity either directly or using a third-party verification service. You may authorize an Agent to exercise your rights under this Section of the Privacy Policy.  If you elect to authorize an Agent in this regard, we will take reasonable steps to ascertain that they are acting with your authorization.


8.6 California Shine the Light Law. 

Under California’s “Shine the Light Law” California residents have identifies any third-party companies or individuals that KarKiosk has shared your Personal Information with in the previous calendar year, as well as a description of the categories of Personal Information disclosed to that third party. 9. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act

The Site and Services are not intended for or directed to users under the age of 18. You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site and or our Services.
