To legally move ownership, the seller must sign the back of the original Georgia Certificate of Title. Every owner listed on the front must sign as a seller. Bring your signed title to the Glynn County Tax Commissioner’s Office, located nearby in Brunswick, to finish the transfer and put the car in your name.
